Through digitalization, we have developed a new lifestyle in which the Internet constantly affects us. We are connected with the whole world, and always accessible. These developments have a negative impact on our concentration and thinking. The smartphone plays a central role in this particular topic, it additionally reinforces these factors. We use it every day, anytime and anywhere. It's hard to imagine our daily lives without it. In the course of the work, a self-tracking experiment was carried out over a period of three weeks. The results, which include the duration and the use of various applications on the smartphone, can also be seen in the book. The graphic implementation of the project reflects the distraction of the flood of information we experience every day through the Internet. Text and infographic levels alternate, or even occur simultaneously. This interrupts the reader's attention again and again and adds an additional level of information.
